Shipping Policy

We ship within 2\4 business days in Italy. If you want something to arrive urgently or before a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Packages are shipped all over Italy. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. Returned items must meet our criteria: ​ - The items must be returned intact and unused, with the labels still intact and attached and the original packaging included. ​ - The items in the final sales cannot be returned unless the package has been opened and the packaging is still intact, in which case a refund will be made. Items from the end of season sales and the outlet category can be replaced with other items or returns with a voucher equal to the amount spent to be used within 6 months of purchase.​ - If a product has a seal, the item must be returned with the seal in its original position. Please test the products carefully, so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were sent. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted. To improve our customers' shopping experience we offer a flexible return policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your account or limit future orders for violations of our Returns Policy.

Gli articoli restituiti devono essere conformi ai nostri criteri:​

 

- Gli articoli devono essere restituiti intatti e inutilizzati, con le etichette ancora integre e attaccate e il packaging originale incluso.​

 

- Gli articoli nei saldi finali non possono essere restituiti a meno che la confezione non sia stata aperta e il packaging sia ancora intatto, in questo caso si provvederà al rimborso.I capi dei saldi di fine stagione e della categoria outlet, possono essere sostituiti con altri articoli o resi con un buono pari all'importo speso da utilizzare entro mesi 6 dall'acquisto.​

 

- Se un prodotto presenta un sigillo, l'articolo deve essere restituito con il sigillo nella sua posizione originale. Si prega di provare i prodotti prestando attenzione, in modo da poterli restituire nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati spediti.

 

I resi che non soddisfano le nostre norme non saranno accettati. Per migliorare l'esperienza di acquisto dei nostri clienti offriamo una politica di reso flessibile. Controlliamo il numero di resi e ci riserviamo il diritto di chiudere il tuo account o limitare gli ordini futuri in caso di violazioni alla nostra Policy dei resi.
